
This morning I weighed in at 193.6. Horay, I lost...less than a pound. To be honest, I totally blew my calories and carbs this weekened. Movies and dinner out and late night bowls of cereal.
I also stopped taking my supplements and boy did it show. Saturday night I weighed 199. I did a "yikes" face and decided I had to act. I had to get really tight Sunday-Tuesday on my diet. Moreover, I missed a work out last Thusday. I'm just glad to have lost any weight at all.
It's still my goal to get to ten percent body fat, and I've pretty much decided that my scale is screwed up. But I've been looking at photographs of guys with 10 percent body fat and I realize I have a long way to go. I'll let you decide :)
This week, I've also added in Creatine to further minimize lean tissue loss.
I'm going to try really hard to get under the 190's this week. No gym skips or late night bowls of cereal....except for tonight.
